I am having slip disk right now and so was on bedrest. To top it up, I was having a bad day, had a rift with some guy that riled me up and made me feel really bad. I got this 3rd eye Chakra meditation link and just joined thinking right now anything would be ok to divert my mind. I didn't expect anything. Good thing I joined. I felt so relaxed and calm. It's like all negative thoughts dissapeared and pain in my back reduced quite a lot. I also got clarity in my thoughts as to how to avoid such negativity in future. I am getting ideas to take steps towards better situations in life.
