Attending the NQH classes and the Wealth Blueprint Workshop by Dr. Amaey and Pankaj was truly an enriching experience. Both facilitators bring exceptional clarity, practical wisdom, and a grounded approach to topics that are often complex or abstract. I have done several programs with Dr Amaey and Capt Arun from Mindtraa. Apart from the intensive, wonderfully designed programs, I must appreciate the team and their sincere intention to uplift and empower others which shines through in their efforts, demeanour and dedication. I was most impressed with the Dream Life Energiser amongst others, which was a 30 day program in self development. Not only are there tools/practices provided to improve every sphere of your life, viz. relationships, self love, combating stress, fear/doubt, and other limiting beliefs, how to do affirmations, how to design vision boards, etc.etc. ; but they are provided in an organised manner, sort of like a summary. This was different than most programs I have attended where you end up overwhelmed as to what to do and what not at the end of the program. Here, though, there is a structure provided on what can be done what time of the day and how often, which was super helpful. Furthermore, Dr Amaey takes interest in following up and there’s a lot of support. Never feels like you are left to your own devices.
The programs have been enormously helpful for me. I have learnt sleep hacks and am implementing them. I am a lot less stressed at all times using Dr Amaey’s techniques. Furthermore, his program has helped me tackle my problem of claustrophobia, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you! 🙏🏼
