1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Miindtraa School of Healing & Training (“Miindtraa”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to every product, program, service, platform and communication we offer, including:
- our website miindtraa.com and all its subdomains, including academy.miindtraa.com, nqhmasterclass.miindtraa.com and nqhhealeracceleratorpage.miindtraa.com;
- the Miindtraa Academy web platform and mobile app (delivered through TagMango), and our pages and checkouts on Exly, FlexiFunnels and any other platform we use;
- free and paid masterclasses, workshops, challenges, live and recorded courses, memberships (including the Miindtraa Morning Healing Tribe), certification programs (including NQH™ Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 and Practitioner programs), the NQH™ Healer Accelerator, counselling and 1:1 sessions, Practitioner Readiness Calls, books, toolkits, audio, downloads and online communities (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram or in-app).
1.2 Some offers have additional terms shown on their sales page, checkout page, enrolment form or in a separate written agreement (for example, the NQH™ Healer Accelerator Participant Agreement). Those additional terms form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the more specific written terms for that offer apply to that offer.
1.3 These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require a physical or digital signature. Clicking “Buy”, “Pay”, “Register”, “Book”, “Join” or any similar button, or using our services, is your acceptance.
2. Who we are
Miindtraa School of Healing & Training is a partnership firm registered in India, co-founded by Dr. Amaey A. Parekh and Pankaj S. Nikam, the co-creators of Neurochakra Quantum Healing™ (NQH™).
Registered address: 704, Earth Darshan, Corner of 8th Lane, Khetwadi Main Road, Next to Hanuman Temple, Girgaon, Mumbai 400004, Maharashtra, India.

3. Eligibility and accounts
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to buy or enrol in any Miindtraa offer. A person under 18 may receive counselling or a session only when a parent or legal guardian books it, gives verifiable consent, and agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
3.2 You agree to give accurate and complete information when you register, apply or book, and to keep it updated. We may decline or cancel an enrolment that is based on false or misleading information.
3.3 Every account, login and enrolment is for one named individual only. You may not share, sell, transfer or lend your login, course access, community access or session links. We may monitor concurrent logins and device usage to protect our content. Account sharing is a material breach and allows us to terminate access without refund.
3.4 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
3.5 We may accept or decline any application, enrolment or booking at our discretion, including after a Practitioner Readiness Call or assessment. If we decline after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for that offer.
4. Nature of our services
4.1 Miindtraa provides education, training, personal development, wellness and counselling services. NQH™ is an integrative, complementary wellness methodology that draws on psychology, neuroscience concepts, energy work and mind-body practices.
4.2 Energy healing, chakra work, manifestation, quantum and switchword practices, visualisation, meditation and similar methods are complementary practices. Descriptions such as “science-backed” refer to the psychological and neuroscientific principles we draw on in our teaching. They are not a claim that every technique has been validated by clinical trials, and they are not a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
4.3 You take part voluntarily and remain responsible for your own choices, actions and wellbeing, both during and after any session or program. You may stop any exercise, meditation or process at any time.
5. Not medical, psychiatric or emergency care
Our services do not replace a doctor, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional. Do not stop, reduce or change any medication or medical treatment because of anything you learn or experience with Miindtraa. Always consult your doctor about any physical or mental health condition.
We are not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis, thinking of harming yourself or someone else, or facing a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. In India you can also reach Tele-MANAS, the government mental health helpline, on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416.
5.1 You must tell us before enrolling or booking if you have been diagnosed with, or are receiving treatment for, a serious mental health condition (such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe depression, active suicidal thoughts or a severe dissociative condition), epilepsy, a heart condition, or are pregnant. Some practices such as deep breathwork, regression, intense emotional release or long meditations may not be suitable for you. We may ask for your doctor’s clearance, adapt what we offer, or decline or pause your participation for your safety. If we decline before the program starts, we refund what you paid for that offer.
5.2 Emotional discomfort, tiredness, vivid dreams, the surfacing of old memories and temporary changes in mood are known experiences in inner work. You accept these as part of the process and agree to seek appropriate professional help if anything persists or concerns you.
5.3 Dr. Amaey A. Parekh also holds a dental qualification and practises dentistry separately through 3A Dental Clinic. Miindtraa services are not dental or medical services, and no doctor-patient relationship is created through any Miindtraa offer.
6. Results and income disclaimer
6.1 Results from healing, counselling, personal growth and business training depend on many factors outside our control, including your history, health, commitment, effort, circumstances, skills and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, physical, relationship, financial, manifestation or spiritual outcome.
6.2 For practitioner and business programs (including NQH™ certification and the NQH™ Healer Accelerator), we do not guarantee any income, number of clients, number of enquiries, conversion rate, advertising performance or business result. Any figures, case studies or examples shared by us or by past participants describe individual experiences. They are not typical, promised or predicted results.
6.3 Testimonials are genuine accounts shared voluntarily by clients and participants. They reflect personal experiences and opinions, and your experience may be different.
6.4 Any guarantee we offer is limited strictly to what is written on the sales page or in the written agreement for that specific offer at the time you purchase. No verbal statement, social media post, DM, comment or informal message creates a guarantee or changes these Terms.
7. Enrolment, pricing and payment
7.1 Prices are shown on the relevant sales page or checkout. Prices may be shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or another currency. For payments in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and may charge fees, which you bear.
7.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where GST or any other tax applies, it will be charged as required by law.
7.3 We may change prices, bonuses, discounts, formats, schedules and inclusions for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect an order already paid for. Early-bird prices, coupons and bonuses apply only within the stated window, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be claimed after the event.
7.4 Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and platforms such as Razorpay, Exly, TagMango, Instamojo and FlexiFunnels. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
7.5 Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the full payment (or the first instalment for an approved instalment plan) and you receive a confirmation from us or our platform.
7.6 If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or offer you the option to pay the correct price.
8. Instalments, EMI and third-party financing
8.1 Where we offer a part-payment or instalment plan, you are committing to the full program fee. The instalment plan is a convenience in how you pay it. It is not a monthly subscription that you can stop at will.
8.2 If an instalment is not paid by its due date, we may pause your access to content, live sessions, communities and support until it is paid, without extending your program term. If an instalment remains unpaid for 15 days after the due date, we may terminate your enrolment. The unpaid balance of the full program fee remains payable, and amounts already paid are not refundable.
8.3 Certificates, certification assessments and business-phase access are released only after the full fee has been paid.
8.4 If you use a no-cost EMI, Buy Now Pay Later or loan facility from a bank, NBFC or other lender (for example, Bajaj Finserv), that facility is a separate agreement between you and the lender. Miindtraa is not a party to it and is not responsible for its interest, charges, approval or collection. Your obligations to the lender continue whether or not you complete the program.
9. Refunds and cancellations
9.1 Our standard position is that all fees are non-refundable once any of the following happens: you receive access to any content, platform or community; a live program, cohort or membership has started; a session or call has been booked and held; or a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
9.2 The only exceptions are:
- a specific refund guarantee printed on the sales page or in the written agreement for that offer at the time of purchase, which is honoured strictly on its own conditions, deadlines and proof requirements. The current conditions for our workshop guarantees are set out in our Refund Policy;
- where we cancel a program or session and do not offer you a rescheduled date or equivalent alternative;
- a duplicate or erroneous payment for the same order;
- any refund we are required to give under applicable law.
9.3 You cannot cancel a live program, cohort, certification or membership once it has started and receive a refund for unused sessions, missed sessions or unused membership time. Missed live sessions, missed calls and time you choose not to use are forfeited.
9.4 A change in your personal schedule, circumstances, priorities or opinion after purchase is not a ground for a refund. You may request a transfer to a future cohort of the same program. Transfers are at our discretion, subject to availability, allowed once only, and may carry a transfer fee that we will tell you before you confirm.
9.5 Where we reschedule a live event, we will offer you either the new date or an equivalent alternative. A refund on rescheduling applies only where the offer’s page says so.
9.6 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to credit it. When a refund is approved, access to the program, bonuses, recordings, downloads and communities for that offer ends.
9.7 To request a refund under an applicable guarantee, email miindtraa2024@gmail.com from your registered email address, within the deadline stated for that offer, with your full name, order ID and the reason.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
10.1 If you have a concern about a payment, you agree to contact us first and give us at least 15 working days to resolve it before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, UPI app or payment platform.
10.2 Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first following clause 10.1, or for a charge that is valid under these Terms, is a breach of these Terms. We may immediately suspend all your access across Miindtraa programs, communities and platforms while the dispute is open.
10.3 To respond to a dispute, we may share with the payment provider your order details, the terms and pages you accepted, login and access records, attendance records, assignment submissions and relevant communications.
10.4 If a chargeback is reversed in your favour but the charge was valid under these Terms, we may recover the amount, any fees charged to us, and reasonable costs of recovery, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Program-specific terms
11.1 Free masterclasses, webinars, workshops and challenges
Free and low-cost events are educational. They may include a presentation of paid offers. Seats, timings, bonuses and replay availability are limited and may change. Replays, where offered, are available only for the period we announce. Refund conditions for low-cost workshops are only those shown on the offer page and in our Refund Policy.
11.2 Recorded courses, toolkits, audio and downloads
Digital products are delivered immediately or on the stated date and are non-refundable once access is given or files are made available. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Miindtraa continues to offer that product on its chosen platform. We may update, restructure, move or retire content. If we retire a product within 12 months of your purchase without offering a replacement, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice to download any downloadable materials.
11.3 Miindtraa Morning Healing Tribe (membership)
- Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase and gives access to live group sessions, usually held on Wednesday mornings (IST), plus any community or resources we include.
- Sessions are group sessions. We may change the day, time, host, theme or format, and may skip sessions for festivals, holidays or unforeseen reasons, with reasonable notice where possible. Missed sessions are not carried forward and do not extend the membership.
- Membership does not auto-renew unless the checkout clearly says so. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership starts.
- Group sessions are not individual therapy or counselling.
11.4 Counselling, 1:1 healing sessions and consultations
- Sessions are held online unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for a private space, a working device and a stable internet connection.
- To reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or WhatsApp. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are treated as delivered and are not refunded or rescheduled.
- If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If we are late or need to cancel, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
- Session packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase (or 6 months from purchase if none is stated). Unused sessions expire.
- A free consultation or discovery call is an initial conversation to understand your needs. It is not counselling or treatment.
- Confidentiality in sessions is explained in our Privacy Policy, including the limits of confidentiality where there is a risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure.
11.5 NQH™ certification programs (Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Practitioner)
- Each level has its own curriculum, attendance requirement, practice requirement and assessment, which we communicate at enrolment.
- Completion of the program fee does not by itself entitle you to a certificate. The certificate is issued only when you meet all completion criteria and have paid the full fee.
- Where we offer an option to repeat a cohort (for example, within a stated window if you miss sessions), that option is personal to you, is subject to seat availability, and must be used within the stated window.
- Level 2 and any Trainer track are available only by invitation or application and on criteria we set.
11.6 NQH™ Healer Accelerator
- The Accelerator is governed by these Terms and by the Participant Agreement you accept at enrolment. The Participant Agreement prevails on anything it covers, including the program term (standard 120 days from your Day 1, conditionally extendable up to a maximum of 180 days), phase deadlines, the orientation-based phase entry, attendance and camera requirements, the Warning, Dormant and Lapsed status ladder, and support after the term ends.
- After your program term ends, any further support is available only through a paid subscription at the rates then in force.
- The only guarantee attached to the Accelerator is the conditional support extension described in the Participant Agreement and on the sales page at the time you enrol. It applies only if you meet every stated condition, including the attendance and assignment requirements. It is an extension of support, not a refund, and no client-count, income or revenue outcome is promised.
- Admission follows a Practitioner Readiness Call. Being invited to enrol is not a promise of any result.
- Templates, funnels, scripts, ad frameworks and tools we provide are for use in your own practice only (see clause 15). You are solely responsible for your own business, including compliance with advertising rules, platform policies, consumer law, data protection law and any registration or licensing your practice needs.
11.7 Books
Books purchased on Amazon or any other retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms, delivery and return policies. Digital books and ebook resources bought directly from us are non-refundable once delivered.
12. Live sessions, attendance and recordings
12.1 Live sessions are held on Zoom or a similar platform at the times announced in Indian Standard Time (IST). It is your responsibility to check timings in your own time zone.
12.2 We may require cameras to be on for certain programs, especially practice-based and certification sessions, and may count attendance only when your camera is on and you are present for the required part of the session.
12.3 Live sessions, group calls, 1:1 sessions and Practitioner Readiness Calls may be recorded and transcribed, including with AI-assisted note-taking tools, for delivery of the program, quality, training of our team, record-keeping, assessment, and dispute resolution. By joining, you consent to this recording. Recordings of group sessions may be shared with other participants of the same program. We will not use recordings that show your face or reveal your personal disclosures in public marketing without your separate consent.
12.4 Recordings are provided when available and at our discretion, for the period we state. A missing or failed recording is not a ground for a refund.
12.5 You may not record, screenshot, photograph, stream, download or transcribe any live session, other participants or our materials, by any means, without our written permission.
12.6 We may remove anyone from a live session who disrupts it, breaches these Terms or creates a safety concern.
13. Certification and practitioner status
13.1 NQH™ certificates are issued by Miindtraa. Our training is accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), an independent accrediting body. IPHM membership or insurance for practitioners, where available, is a separate arrangement between the practitioner and IPHM, on IPHM’s terms and fees.
13.2 An NQH™ certificate is a professional training certificate in a complementary wellness methodology. It is not a university degree, a government licence, or a registration under any Indian law, and it does not authorise you to practise medicine, psychiatry, clinical psychology, or any other profession that is regulated by law. You must not describe it as such.
13.3 Certified practitioners are independent. They are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Miindtraa and may not make commitments on our behalf. Miindtraa is not responsible for any practitioner’s services, conduct, claims, pricing or results, or for any dispute between a practitioner and their client.
13.4 You may describe yourself as an “NQH™ Certified Practitioner” (or the level you have completed) only while your certification is valid and only in the form we approve. You may not use the Miindtraa name, logo, the NQH™ mark, or the names or images of Dr. Amaey A. Parekh or Pankaj S. Nikam to suggest endorsement, partnership or affiliation beyond your certification.
13.5 We may suspend or revoke a certificate and remove you from any practitioner listing if you breach these Terms, misrepresent NQH™ or your qualification, make unlawful health or income claims, act unethically with clients, or bring Miindtraa into disrepute. On revocation, you must immediately stop using the certification title and our marks.
14. Intellectual property
14.1 All content we create or provide, in any format, is owned by Miindtraa or its founders, or used under licence. This includes the NQH™ methodology and its structure, techniques, protocols, scripts, meditations, audio, videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, manuals, templates, funnels, frameworks, worksheets, assessments, certificates, course names, brand assets and website content.
14.2 Neurochakra Quantum Healing™, NQH™, FFT™, ERT™, MCR™, Quantum Dig 6™, 7 Switch Codes™, Miindtraa and related names and logos are trademarks of Miindtraa, whether or not registered. Trademark applications have been filed for certain marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as expressly allowed in clause 13.4.
14.3 Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you give us about our programs may be used by us freely without any payment or obligation to you.
15. Your licence to use our content
15.1 When you pay for an offer, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use its content for your own learning and, where you are certified, to apply the techniques you have been certified in during your own 1:1 client sessions.
15.2 Unless we give you specific written permission, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, record, download (other than files we make downloadable), sell, resell, rent, share, publish, broadcast or distribute our content;
- teach, train, certify or mentor others in NQH™ or any of our techniques, or run workshops, courses, group programs or trainings based on our content, whether paid or free;
- create any course, product, book, modality or program that copies, adapts, renames or is substantially based on our methodology or materials;
- upload our content, recordings, transcripts or materials into any AI tool, chatbot, large language model or dataset;
- remove any copyright, trademark or confidentiality notice from our materials.
15.3 Our templates and business tools provided in practitioner programs may be adapted for your own practice only. They may not be shared with, sold to or used for anyone else.
15.4 Breach of this clause causes Miindtraa serious harm that money alone may not repair. You agree that we may seek an injunction and any other remedy available in law, including damages, account of profits and legal costs, in addition to immediate termination of access without refund.
16. Conduct and community rules
In live sessions, communities, groups and all interactions with our team and other participants, you agree:
- to be respectful, and not to harass, abuse, threaten, shame, discriminate against or bully anyone;
- not to promote, sell or advertise your own or anyone else’s services, programs, products, referral links or MLM schemes, and not to solicit other participants, members or our clients for your own business, without our written permission;
- not to post spam, misleading health claims, political or religious campaigning, sexual content or unlawful content;
- not to give medical advice to other participants or discourage anyone from seeking medical care;
- to treat our team (including our operations coordinator, call setters and support staff) with courtesy.
We may moderate, remove content, mute, remove or ban any person from any session or community at our discretion, without refund, for a breach of these rules.
17. Confidentiality of other participants
Group sessions often involve personal sharing. Anything another participant shares, including their identity, story, emotions, health or personal circumstances, is confidential. You must not disclose it, discuss it outside the group, post about it, or use it in any way. This obligation continues after your program ends.
18. Testimonials, feedback and user content
18.1 You own the content you post in our communities or submit to us, such as comments, reviews, chat messages, assignments and videos. You grant Miindtraa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for running our programs and communities.
18.2 If you give us a testimonial, review, success story, case study or feedback video, or publicly post one (including a Google review or a social media post tagging us), you consent to Miindtraa reproducing, editing for length and clarity, and publishing it, with your first name or full name and photo as you provided, on our website, social media, advertising and sales materials, without payment. We will not misrepresent what you said. You can ask us to stop using your testimonial in new materials at any time by emailing us; content already printed or published in completed campaigns may not be recalled.
18.3 You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
19. Consent to communications
19.1 By sharing your phone number or email with us, you consent to receiving calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS and emails from Miindtraa and our team about your enquiry, registration, bookings, reminders, program delivery, and our other programs and offers. This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND).
19.2 You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or writing to us. We will still send service messages needed to deliver what you have paid for.
20. Third-party platforms
We deliver our services using third-party platforms, including TagMango (Miindtraa Academy), Exly, Zoom, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, FlexiFunnels, payment gateways, scheduling tools and email tools. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their downtime, errors, changes, data practices or policies. A temporary platform outage is not a ground for a refund; we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative.
21. Suspension and termination
21.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services, communities and platforms, with or without notice and without refund, if you breach these Terms or any program agreement, share your access, infringe our intellectual property, behave abusively, raise an unjustified chargeback, fail to pay amounts due, or create a safety or legal risk.
21.2 You may stop using our services at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in clause 9.
21.3 Clauses 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 to 18, and 22 to 27 continue to apply after your access ends.
22. Limitation of liability
22.1 Our services, content and platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your particular expectations.
22.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miindtraa, its partners, founders, trainers, team members and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, business, clients, data, opportunity or goodwill, or for any emotional, physical or financial outcome of decisions you make based on our programs.
22.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to any offer is limited to the amount you actually paid to Miindtraa for that specific offer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
22.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miindtraa, its partners, founders and team from any claim, loss, liability, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our content or marks, your own practice and dealings with your clients, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
24. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, internet or power outages, platform failures, cyber-attacks, illness or emergency affecting a facilitator, civil unrest or war. In such cases we may reschedule, move online, change the facilitator or deliver an equivalent alternative.
25. Governing law and disputes
25.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
25.2 If a dispute arises, you agree to first write to our Grievance Officer and try to resolve it in good faith for at least 30 days.
25.3 Any dispute that is not resolved will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement (or, failing agreement, as provided under that Act). The seat and venue of arbitration will be Mumbai, and the language will be English. Arbitration may be conducted online.
25.4 Subject to clause 25.3, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
25.5 Nothing in this clause limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived by contract.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date to new purchases and to your continued use of our services. Changes will not reduce the core inclusions of an offer you have already paid for.
27. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, the offer page and any program agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Miindtraa about each offer.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the invalid part will be applied to the maximum extent permitted.
- No waiver. Our not enforcing a right at any time does not waive that right.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor entity of Miindtraa.
- Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
- Notices. We may give you notices by email, WhatsApp, in-app message or on our website. Notices to us must be sent by email to the address below.
